GMX Tree Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website gmxtreeservices.com. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a quote request form on our website, we ask for your name, email address and phone number, and any details you choose to share about the work you need. We ask for this information for one reason: so we can contact you with an estimate and schedule the service.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and provide the services you ask for.
- To contact you about scheduling, pricing and follow-up on work in progress.
- To understand how visitors find and use our website, so we can improve it.
- To measure the performance of our online advertising.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Cookies and third-party services
We use the following third-party services on this website:
- Google Analytics – to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources).
- Google Ads – to measure which advertisements bring visitors to our site and which lead to a contact.
- Google Tag Manager – to manage the two services above.
These services place cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will not prevent you from using our website or contacting us.
How long we keep your information
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Sharing your information
We share your information only when necessary to run our business — for example, with the crew scheduled to perform your service — or when required by law. We do not share your contact details with advertisers.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, just call or email us using the contact details below and we will take care of it.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
